How to Join

Just show up. There are no contracts, no dues, no initiation (other than being called "new guy" or "new girl") ... the only thing we ask is that you be considerate and that you put some effort into your workout.

What to Bring

You should bring the following items with you to class each morning:

  • A mat
  • A pair of dumbbells (anywhere from 8 lbs. to 15 lbs. is usually sufficient -- if you don't have a set, often times one of us will have an extra pair)
  • Water (staying hydrated is important)

There are many ways to answer this one, but let's just say dress appropriately for the weather and leave it at that.

When to Arrive

Class starts promptly at 6am (well, roughly promptly ... that is unless your Bill Vance and you have your own time code) and we ask everyone to please try to show up on time. So, if you tend to run late, aim to arrive a couple of minutes early so that you are at least on time. Instructors have been known to make late arrivers do extra push-ups.
